🦐 Umi Sakura Ezokai 📍 Sapporo, Hokkaido (3 minutes walk from Sapporo Station) This time I ordered Jewel Bowl Shrimp Tower Take (2639 yen) ️📝 I've been curious about the jewel bowl for a long time. I finally got to go and eat it🦐 A bowl inspired by the jewel box of the sea. It's a shrimp tower, so there's a big shrimp on top. Under the shrimp, there's a lot of tuna, crab, salmon roe, salmon, eggs, herring roe, flying fish roe, and more! I enjoyed a variety of seafood💕 In addition to miso soup, it also comes with quail eggs, bukkake soup, and octopus head dashi chazuke, so you can eat it in four different ways✨️ First, just with wasabi soy sauce. Wrap it in seaweed and make a hand-rolled sushi. If you dissolve quail eggs in bukkake soup and pour it over, it becomes egg-on-rice. If you put a sashimi octopus head on top and pour kelp broth over it, it becomes dashi chazuke. It's quite filling, so by the time I got to the dashi chazuke, I was full to the brim☺️ In addition to the jewel bowl, you can enjoy a variety of seafood bowls such as bara chirashi, the Wagamama bowl where you can choose your favorite seafood, and the Kiwami bowl✨️ There were still many things I wanted to try, so I'll go again🙆♀️ ✍️I arrived on a weekday after 1pm, but there were three groups waiting.
