Takino Suzuran Hillside Park

The only national park in Hokkaido, Takino Suzuran Hillside National Park, is located in Sapporo. It is a park full of rich nature, including flower fields that bloom colorfully from spring to autumn, a large playground, and three waterfalls. The Takino Suzuran Hillside Park (Takino Suzuran Park) is a great place for children to enjoy. It is not only very large and green, but also has many fun facilities for children, such as the Kodomon Valley Children's Valley, a popular must-see attraction. There are also giant trampolines, indoor rainbow climbing nets, lava slides, a large grassy slope for bowling balls, and a water play area. It is truly a paradise for children. During Christmas, the Takino Suzuran Hillside National Park is renamed "Snow World" and opened to the public. The colorful hills turn into a silver world, and the people who come to visit make this place bustling. The 250-meter-long slope with a 7-degree incline is perfect for children who are experiencing skiing for the first time. There are six ski runs for walking skiing, including 1km and 5km for beginners, 3km and 6km for intermediates, and 10km and 16km for advanced skiers.
