I went to "Yamanami" in #Seki City, #Gifu Prefecture (((((((っ･ω･)っ I went there because I heard I could eat black fried chicken, a local delicacy of Seki City ⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝ I ordered the "Black Fried Chicken Set Meal" (o･ω-人) The fried chicken was made with hijiki and shiitake powder, and had a more delicate taste than you would imagine from its appearance. The moment I bit into it, the umami of the shiitake and hijiki spread in my mouth along with the meat juice, and it was really delicious (*´ч ` *) They also have red fried chicken made with paprika, and I'd like to try that next time Ψ( 'ч' ☆) #Traveling with Me #Shinobi-chan
