Unfortunately, all other branches have closed down, leaving only this one in Sha Tin. The presentation of the dishes is exquisite. The pasta is delicious, with a perfect al dente texture that holds the sauce well. The Australian M5 Wagyu ribeye steak is served with homemade red wine mushroom sauce and French mustard sauce. The ribeye steak is generously portioned, with a crispy seared exterior while maintaining a juicy texture inside. Pairing it with the mushroom and mustard sauces makes it even more flavorful. 😋 The homemade bread is incredibly soft and of high quality. 🍞
