Huashan Japanese Teppanyaki Restaurant (Gubei)

This Japanese food restaurant is hidden on the basement floor of Shengjing Bank's Business Building. It has a good environment and not many people come there on Sunday evening. 1️⃣Appetizer Sea urchin organic tofu A light appetizer to awaken your taste buds. 2️⃣ Sashimi Exquisite small sashimi The salmon meat is firm and sweet, and the shrimp sashimi is fresh. 3️⃣Skewers Grilled chicken thighs, grilled chicken gizzards, pork belly and asparagus rolls All three skewers are good, but I prefer the asparagus rolls. 4️⃣ Fried food Tempura Horsehead Fish The shrimp tempura batter was thin enough, but it was a bit strange to pair it with teriyaki sauce. The horsehead fish has crispy skin and tender meat. 5️⃣Salad🥗 Pine Nut and Cilantro Salad The sesame sauce is served separately so you can adjust the taste yourself. The salad is just the right amount of refreshing to get ready for the teppanyaki plate. 6️⃣Iron Plate Foie gras, black truffle beef short rib toast, garlic beef scallops, sizzling vegetables The short rib toast was just the right amount. 7️⃣ Staple food It tastes good but I can’t eat much more. 8️⃣ Desserts🍮 Ice cream plum flavored sorbet🍦, fresh taste.
