It was on my list of restaurants I wanted to visit while I was in Shanghai, but I tried calling twice and it was full. 📍MAVIS 966 I was finally able to make a reservation on my third try, so I was finally able to go 🙌 There is no alcohol list, and customers can choose their favorite wine from the cellar ♡ The staff will ask you about your preferences and give you advice 👍 (The price is written on the bottle, so it's safe, but it might be quicker to tell them your budget first) (If you order by glass, the price is written on the cellar glass) All the dishes go well with wine 🌹🍷 It was very delicious! When I made the reservation, I was told that it was only a course menu, and I thought it was just a coincidence today, but it seems that the menu has only become a selectable course menu from this month. From the image of everyone's Instagram that I saw before, I had the image of a bistro where you can order a few dishes to go with wine and drink slowly, so it must have been quite a shocking menu change for the regulars. Since it was our first time, we were satisfied with the course menu, which we could get a full recommendation. When I asked, I was told that they will be doing a course menu from now on, and that they will change the menu every day, using fresh seasonal ingredients. I wondered if that was why we were able to make a reservation on the day so smoothly. It was delicious, so it was no problem for me. However, I think that there are mixed opinions among regular customers. The ala carte menu was too attractive. Anyway, the bread and the homemade dip and butter that came with it were also delicious, and I got carried away and had three refills of bread, so I ended up full. Still, everything was delicious until the end. The panna cotta for dessert was my favorite panna cotta of my life. A refreshing panna cotta that you can drink alcohol with.
