Delamond Old Brand Pavilion

Old Brand Pavilion, 263 Huashan Road This is a British Renaissance-style building, also known as Delamond Residence because the British lawyer Delamond once lived here. It is now owned by the Guangming Group. The building is mostly made of green and red bricks and decorated with bright wood. It has a double-slope duplex zigzag roof. The main entrance is the central axis, symmetrical on the left and right. The gate is protruding, and the steps are made of green bricks with red brick lines. There is a square classical porch at the entrance that is as high as the second-floor eaves. The interior decoration of the residence is simple and elegant, but not exquisite. Teak wall panels, marble floors, complicated but exquisite plaster lines, painted relief glass, all show the exquisite and luxurious residence. The combination of the crystal lamp in the hall and the Tiffany blue window frame is also the reason why I linger here.
