Although the 【World Expo Cultural Park】 is a free and open park, the 【Greenhouse Garden】 inside requires a separate fee! You can purchase tickets online in advance and then scan the QR code on your ticket at the entrance. There are three main themed areas inside: 【Desert Pavilion】: This is the desert area, which not only has a wide variety of cacti but also various "water-storing" plants, such as Africa's "tree of life," the baobab tree. It's a pity that these trees in the greenhouse don't have the expected "stoutness," perhaps due to the different soil and water conditions... As the first area of the greenhouse, both the entrance and exit here have interactive light and shadow installations, probably to create a sense of "spatial transformation" from the outside into the greenhouse. Especially the light hall at the exit, which also connects to the next rainforest area, is worth a stop to admire. 【Rainforest Pavilion】: This should be the rainforest area. Coming out of the light hall from the previous area, you will pass through an "underwater corridor" where you can look up at the fish swimming above and the surrounding buildings from a unique perspective below the water's surface! The rainforest ecosystem is much richer than the desert, with a much higher density of various plants. It also "comes with" an aquarium, making it a great value! From here, you enter a "three-dimensional" mode with multiple levels of viewing space. 【Cloud Pavilion】: The ecosystem here is somewhat similar to the rainforest, so let's consider it a jungle area. Continuing the three-dimensional route of the previous area, you can enter directly from the upper level and travel all the way to the "bottom of the valley." Various water mist devices will be activated along the way, providing a chance to rehydrate... There is also a children's water play area below, a very shallow but large pool where adults can also dip their hands in for a bit of moisture. Exiting the "canyon" brings you back to the entrance, which is located in a service hall with a 【gift shop】 and 【luggage storage】. It's recommended to store some of your belongings for a lighter travel experience. Finally, a reminder: The temperature inside the greenhouse is around 20 degrees Celsius (around 68 degrees Fahrenheit), slightly warmer in the desert area. If the weather outside is warm, there will be almost no temperature difference. However, during colder winter days, be mindful of the sudden temperature change between indoors and outdoors, and don't catch a cold!
