The room area was much larger than a standard room, which was immediately apparent from the size of the sofa and coffee table. However, the room was quite old, and the decoration style was a more traditional old-money style, which might not appeal to the younger generation. The sofa, due to its color and age, didn't look very clean, but the woodwork was well-maintained. There was a peculiar smell upon entering the room, which might be unpleasant for some. 🛌Amenities/Facilities The room facilities were generally old, but the basic amenities were complete. When I requested a latex pillow from the room service, the waiting time was quite long. It wasn't delivered even after three or four hours from the initial request, and it was only delivered after a second reminder. The efficiency needs to be improved. 🧹Soundproofing/Cleanliness The overall cleanliness of the room was decent, and the woodwork was well-maintained, but the sofa gave the impression of being unclean. The soundproofing was average, nothing particularly noteworthy. 💗Other tips 1. Service experience: The service was average, nothing particularly outstanding or dissatisfying. After the concierge saw the car, there was a delay before they helped unload the luggage. The lounge's happy hour service was good, with plenty of staff, quick replacement of dishes, and constant attention to guests and food. 2. Lounge experience: Dinner included six hot dishes, fried foods, cakes, fruits, etc. There were few diners, so the experience was good. The hot dishes included potato wedges, meat-stuffed tofu skin, Nanjing-style duck, pizza, etc. However, the salad and cold dish section was average and might not suit the tastes of foreign guests. Afternoon tea was on the first floor and only offered a few frozen cakes and bland fruits, making for a poor experience. The afternoon tea and dinner venues were separate, and the first floor had no air conditioning, so it was very cold. I gave feedback to the hotel upon check-out, hoping for improvements in the future. 3. Breakfast experience: Breakfast was in the same location as afternoon tea. The restaurant was large, but the food selection was limited. In addition to the afternoon tea offerings, there were hot dishes, cold dishes, and hot drinks, but the actual choices were limited. I ended up filling up on a bowl of noodles, perhaps because the lack of air conditioning and the cold affected my appetite.
