This hotel is located in Shanghai's Changning District. It is part of the IHG Group's Crowne Plaza brand, and its Chinese name is Shanghai Silver Star Crowne Holiday Hotel. It is adjacent to Shanghai Film City, the main venue of the Shanghai International Film Festival, and the lobby features film-related exhibits and classic cars used in films. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and there are many stylish cafes and bakeries, especially around Xingfu Road. The front desk staff are quick and polite, and can speak English perfectly. The building and facilities are a little old, but the room was clean and comfortable.
