A Relaxing Getaway Just an Hour's Drive from Suzhou

Seizing the last bit of the holiday, I took my bestie to a secluded homestay near Suzhou for a relaxing vacation ⛱️. It was about an hour's drive from Suzhou 🚗, and since it was during the Qingming holiday, we even saved on toll fees, haha. 🌟Accommodation Experience We booked a small suite, and as soon as we entered, we were drawn in by the huge room ✨. Plus, there was a super large floor-to-ceiling window, and each room came with its own small courtyard. Looking out the window, all you could see was green, which was super healing 🌿. What amazed me the most was that the room used retro, modern red tiles, which were very stylish and looked great in photos 👍. The toiletries were all from L'Occitane, and the packaging was very pretty 💝. In the evening, my bestie and I took a nice bath 🛁 and watched a movie together. It was so pleasant 😌. 🌟Activities There is a wide outdoor space here, with parent-child recreational facilities, awning boats, cycling, outdoor barbecues, and more 🚣‍♀️🚴‍♀️🍢. Enjoy a delicate afternoon tea on the spring lawn to create a full sense of atmosphere, and enjoy a leisurely afternoon with your bestie. 🌟Dining Experience I've eaten at countless farmhouses, but I didn't expect the farmhouse dishes in the homestay to taste even better than those in restaurants outside. We ordered three dishes and a soup, which was just right for the two of us. In particular, the 🐟 was so fresh and delicious 😋. 💓In addition, I have to praise the 24-hour butler service here, which is really attentive. They are also very pet-friendly here. I even ran into a super cute Shiba Inu 🐕.
