🇨🇳Visiting museums in Shanghai is highly recommended!!

🐼 Weekend outing @ Shanghai Museum and Pakistani curry 📍 Shanghai, China One of the popular museums in Shanghai, the Shanghai Museum (East Building)! It's so fulfilling that you won't believe it's free! --- 🔷 Shanghai Museum East Building 🟠Preparation Advance reservations are not required to enter the East Building! Even just being able to enter without a reservation is very satisfying. Reservations are required for each area via WeChat, but most of the areas are for people aged 6 and over. 🟠Numbers Museum The only reservation corner that was open to preschoolers aged 6 and under was the "Numbers Museum." I made a reservation via WeChat the day before and entered the museum. The history of China was projected onto a giant screen, and I enjoyed an immersive, beautiful world of images. It was something that children could enjoy, so it's also recommended for those with preschoolers. 🟠Inside the museum There were many tables inside the museum, and many people were eating the food they brought with them for lunch. It was bigger and cleaner than the Natural History Museum I went to the other day, and had more rest areas. (However, it is further from the city than the Natural History Museum.) I recommend it as a weekend outing on a bad weather day. I thought it would be interesting to accompany tourists. 🔷All-you-can-eat Pakistani curry A Pakistani restaurant called HAMEEM is offering all-you-can-eat Pakistani curry only from 11am to 2pm. It costs about 120 yuan per adult. I went quite late in the afternoon, but there were still a few customers there even after 2pm. It was quite spicy, and there was only one type of mild curry, so maybe there aren't many things that preschoolers can eat? My child ate mild curry, naan, sweets, etc. The staff were very kind and carefully explained how to eat the food. The inside of the store was clean, and it was in a building with many restaurants. There were also baby chairs. There wasn't a lot of variety, but it was filling and I was full. It was authentic and delicious! --- ⚠️This post is based on a time lag, so please check the latest information.
