Compared with Suzhou and Hangzhou, I love the landscape of Jiangnan described in calligraphy and painting more.

I had no intention to go to Jiangnan. However, Jiangnan has entered my heart. The Jiangnan described by literati and poets has given me endless reverie. I finally saw those scenes in elementary school textbooks in Shaoxing. Every detail here is full of poetry and emotion. I have compiled a 2⃣️day and 1⃣️night Shaoxing City Walk itinerary. Day 1: Lanting Scenic Area-Donghu Scenic Area-Lu Xun's Hometown-Chenyuan Garden-Calligraphy Sage's Hometown (night view)-Dayu Kaiyuan Temple. Day 2: Dayu Mausoleum-Yangming's Hometown-Jieming Library-Angsang (Yangyang) Lake Ancient Canoe Path (watch the sunset)-return trip. 🏨Shaoxing Dayu Kaiyuan Temple. A secluded town under Dayu Mausoleum, a small Jiangnan with small bridges and flowing water and poetic and picturesque scenery. You can experience some of Shaoxing's local special activities in the hotel: riding a black-sailed boat, watching Yue opera, listening to commentary, appreciating folk music, and studying Chinese culture. - About playing and checking in📷 1⃣️Lanting Scenic Area The secret place described in Wang Xizhi's "Lanting Preface", lush forests and bamboos, winding water flowing wine 2⃣️Donghu Scenic Area Take a black-sailed boat to go boating on the lake, shuttle between stone bridges, and see the strange rock walls. 3⃣️Lu Xun’s hometown From Sanwei Bookstore to Baicao Garden, you must walk the path in the textbook and see the place where Lu Xun lived. 4⃣️Chen Garden Visit Chen Garden and feel the love between Lu You and Tang Wan. 5⃣️The hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy The well-preserved small bridges, flowing water and houses are a realistic portrayal of the Jiangnan Hundred Scenes. After the night scene is lit up, you can take photos on the bridge while watching the tower light up in the distance📷 6⃣️The Mausoleum of Dayu There is a bronze statue of Dayu on the top of the mountain. You can hike up all the way. There is a bird park in the park where you can see peacocks. 7⃣️Yangming Hometown It is also an ancient building district. Choose a good day, the water is clear and you can see the bottom, reflecting the buildings on both sides, and feel the oriental aesthetics 8⃣️Jieming Library Next to the library, there are white walls and black tiles, stone rockery, and mirror-like water reflections (currently you can only take pictures through the glass📷, there is a calligraphy and painting wall in front of the library, reflecting the water surface. 9⃣️Angsang (犭阳犭茶) Lake Ancient Fiber Bridge An ancient bridge, you can choose to go there around 16 o'clock, you can sit on the bridge and wait for the sunset and watch the whole process.
