Today I went shopping in Shenzhen with a friend. I was tired from walking from morning to night and wanted to find a quality restaurant near the border crossing, so we found this "Dan Gui Hin" with a history of 28 years in Shenzhen to enjoy dinner! The decoration of the restaurant is unique, and the seating is spacious! The staff also quickly handed over snacks and tea and courteously introduced the different signature dishes. Our group of 3 ordered the following dishes: 1️⃣ Peking duck The whole duck is very big when you take it out! The sauce is sweet and smooth! 4️⃣ Flame drunken shrimp The chef's original pot took out the very fresh and vigorous nine-section shrimp, poured the rich rose syrup wine to infuse it, and cooked with wine on site after the broth simmered until cooked, the wine aroma has penetrated the whole shrimp, and the shrimp meat crisp sweet freshness! 5️⃣ Aged Salted and Sweet Orange Steamed Phoenix Tail Fish This is a very amazing dish. The whole strip is already full of aroma. I didn't expect that the steamed fish with salted and sweet oranges is very delicious.
