First time eating at a century-old noodle shop that I already love

We chose Songhelou, which specializes in Suzhou and Hangzhou cuisine. The storefront is clean and tidy, and you can see the kitchen through the glass. The hygiene conditions are satisfactory. One of the signature dishes, the traditional braised meat noodles pro, comes with more side dishes than expected, with four small dishes including dried tofu, soft-boiled eggs, mung bean cakes and Chinese cabbage. It looks great and the combination is fresh, and the taste is good.
