#深圳酒店✨I came to Shenzhen for a short vacation again. I used to rush to go back and forth on the same day, but this time I stayed for one night and it felt so chill. We chose the newly renovated Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen. As soon as we walked in, the room smelled a bit like new. When we checked in in the afternoon, the next door was still being renovated. This renovation project was too rushed 😅. The Ritz-Carlton, Futian was once said to be old, but now it has been renovated into a style that is between the new Chinese style and modern simplicity. Compared with the old business style, it is a big upgrade, with bright and open city views, and an amazing field of vision👍. The location is right in the center of Futian. You can go shopping directly downstairs. It is also close to the high-speed rail station, making it very convenient for travel and shopping. But to be honest, the service was a little disappointing. Maybe it was because there were a lot of customers on Valentine's Day, so it didn't feel very attentive. When we stay in a hotel, in addition to the hardware, the small details of the service are what touch our hearts the most. Things like a welcoming smile and timely room service can often double the favorability. In general, the newly renovated Ritz Shenzhen has its surprises and shortcomings.
