Famous temple in Nakhon Si Thammarat

Wat Chedi (Ai Khai) or popularly known as Wat Chedi Ai Khai or Wat Ai Khai is located in Tambon Chalong, Amphoe Sichon, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The name of the temple "Ai Khai" comes from the name of a boy who followed Luang Pu Thuat, who was traveling from Songkhla to Ayutthaya. It is not difficult to find. Along the way, there will be shops selling firecrackers, offerings, and various items to fulfill vows according to the faith of the visitor. There is a very large parking area at the temple. On the day I went, it was the ceremony of laying the foundation stone. There were a lot of people coming to visit the event, probably because of their faith in Ai Khai. Inside, there will be both Buddha images and sacred objects.
