It is located in Ban Non Kum, on the side of Mittraphap Road, Tambon Mittraphap, Amphoe Sikhio, Nakhon Ratchasima Province, approximately 42 kilometers from Nakhon Ratchasima city. It is the place where the bronze statue of Somdej Phra Buddhacarya (To Phrommarangsi) (Luang Pho To) is enshrined, one of the largest in Thailand.
