#singaporetrip Clarke Quay is a popular tourist destination. Some locals come here but it's really mostly expats and tourists. It's a fun place during the day but it's better at night. During the day, you can go check the mall and ride the boats. At night, you can have a drink, a nice dinner and enjoy live bands playing popular music. This is highly recommended in Singapore.
