The most authentic Taiwanese hotpot

Coucou hotpot is a Taiwanese hotpot place in Singapore with 3 different outlets, I went to the one at Katong i12 and this is hands down one of the BEST hotpot I had in Sg. I saw this place many times and finally managed to try this place, this design of this place is so nice and grand, feels very inclusive when we came here. There are many options of hotpot soup base and we ordered a mala soup base. Initially we were quite surprised at the price because one soup base cost $35, but trust me it’s worth to pay the $35 because it comes with free flow braised tofu and stewed pork, it was so delicious!! We also top up $4 each to enjoy the condiments bar, which comes with free flow Taiwanese braised pork rice and seasonal fruits. We ordered the pork belly and a basket of vegetables, the vegetables basket was so good and fresh, and the portion was so generous!! We can't finish it, I would advised to get more friends to come together. The pork belly slices are very fresh as well, I love the idea on how they hang it because it helps to straighten the pork slices. The service here was excellent as well, I absolutely love this place and I can't wait to come back again!!
