#singaporetrip yes the food was good, but did it blow my mind? not really. i had high expectations for the 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙢𝙮 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙢 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙨𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙜𝙜𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙩 ($19.80) as its one of their most popular, if not, the most popular item in the menu. don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, but it was just so average. the croissant was kinda soggy at the bottom?? and would've been better if it tasted more buttery. the scrambled eggs were better than how i remembered it to be in atlas (yes, shocking.) creamy mushrooms were well... creamy mushrooms. i guess theres nothing mind blowing bc honestly you can already imagine how everything was going to taste like. i liked the added tobiko in the 𝙨𝙢𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙚𝙜𝙜 𝙗𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙮 ($20.30) as it added more texture and flavour. the brioche bread was also really fluffy and soft and managed to soak up all the yolk which was great. their pancakes on the other hand.... mindblowing. #trip #cafe
