Honestly, a fitness studio is the last place we would think to find one of Singapore’s most aesthetic café in our opinion! The bar is made with a sleek finish of bronze and concrete for that modern minimal theme. If Apple were to come up with their own café, this is exactly how we would imagine it to be. 🤩 Now onto the coffee. We had the 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗮 from brewsmithcoffee in an Iced White. We didn’t have high hopes since as mentioned, their primary model is a spin studio, but they certainly know how to make a mean cup! There’s a hint of fruity sweetness and a good balance of body and acidity. 🍎 In conclusion, the lesson we took away is never to judge a book by its cover. 😅 #singaporetrip#cafe
