The eight-panel plum blossom screen at the entrance caught my eye, and the white plum blossoms on the black background were shining like hope in the cold winter! I looked at the bamboo painting by Kim Myeong-guk from the mid-Joseon Dynasty for a long time because it felt like it was swaying in the wind. ㅎㅎ 📌 Points for solo travelers Recommended experience: Drawing a fan of the Four Gracious Plants → Drawing an orchid using the literati painting technique (25 minutes, 6,000 won) Hidden spot: "Room of Ink Scent" on the 2nd floor → Exhibition room where ink painting is made with few visitors Recommended snack: Museum cafe "Four Gracious Plants Sweets" (7,500 won) → Set of 4 seasonal sweets and tea 🚨 Notes The fan experience ends at 4:20 p.m. (need time to clean up the ink) The 2nd floor is a little dry to control humidity, so be careful with your throat The sweets are made only on the day, so if you go late, there is a high chance that they will be sold out I didn't know how lightly to hold the brush during the orchid drawing experience, so I had to draw it three times!!! When I drew the first stroke, my hands were shaking and the ink smudged, but the instructor comforted me by saying, "This is the natural beauty of orchids."
