Shigong Mountain

Sun and moon shine together. Shigong Mountain is a peak located at the southeast corner of Xishan Island. It is named 'Shigong Mountain' because there is a huge stone in front of the mountain that looks like an old man standing in the water. The whole mountain is nearly fifty meters high, and climbing the mountain is basically stress-free. The more distinctive is the 'Sun and Moon Shine Together' scenic spot, which is one of the four major moon-watching spots in China. It is said that on the 13th of the lunar September, the sun sets on the water surface, the moon rises on the lake, the lake is sprinkled with gold, and there are thousands of rosy clouds. When we went, it was early winter, and we missed the once-a-year double shine moment, but the scenery was still pleasant.
