As a Diamond Elite member of the InterContinental Hotels Group, I have traveled the world and stayed at many of their hotels and other brand properties. However, the Suzhou Jinji Lake Zhongyin Crowne Plaza Hotel holds a unique and irreplaceable place in my heart, being my absolute favorite. Every aspect of this hotel leaves me extremely satisfied. The hotel's location is exceptional, offering an unbeatable view of Jinji Lake. In the early morning, you can enjoy a stunning sunrise, with the glow of dawn casting a mesmerizing spell. Although it has been six years since the last renovation, the craftsmanship is exquisite and the quality remains top-notch. Compared to the newer Indigo hotels in the New District and the Park, this hotel surpasses them in both style and quality. The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety that exceeds expectations. My favorite Suzhou-style noodles are made authentically, with a fresh and flavorful broth and chewy noodles that are incredibly satisfying. The seafood buffet lunch offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious seafood, and at 249 RMB, it is well worth the price. When I arrived at the restaurant at 11:50 AM, it was already full, and I had to return to my room to wait for a notification, which shows how popular the restaurant is. The service at the hotel is impeccable. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm and attentive, efficiently handling the procedures and thoughtfully introducing the hotel facilities. From making dining reservations to room service, every aspect reflects a high level of care and professionalism, making each stay a memorable and wonderful experience.
