A slow journey through old memories

#Taipei Itinerary Today we stayed at the elegant and quiet Miramar Garden Taipei, surrounded by green gardens, as if we were far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the afternoon, we slowly walked to the nearby Taipei Story House. This old British Tudor-style building stands quietly in a corner of the Taipei Expo Park, a combination of history and fairy tales. Walking into the story house is like opening a yellowed picture book. The exhibition sometimes tells the childhood memories of Taiwanese people and sometimes presents the life trajectory of old Taipei. The locust trees in the garden in front of the museum are swaying, and the aroma wafts from the Red House Coffee nearby, making you sit down and read unconsciously. I returned to Meilixin at dusk. The setting sun shone on the city view outside the window, and my heart was filled with gentle waves, as if those stories were still whispering in my ears, telling about the yesterday that had never gone away.
