#Spring0yenTrip "Sugarholic" is a cafe located in a great location overlooking the Danshui River, and is a popular spot for locals and tourists. This cafe opened as the second store of Danshui's long-established sweets shop "Sugarholic" and was created by renovating an independent building facing Danshui's No. 1 Fishing Port. It features a cream-colored exterior and wooden interior, giving it a warm atmosphere. The store is two stories high, with seats on the first floor overlooking the Danshui River through large windows, and an open terrace on the second floor. Especially at dusk, you can spend a relaxing time watching the beautiful sunset. The menu includes homemade sweets, gelato, coffee, etc., and the "Caramel Salt Chiffon Cake" and "Strawberry Tart" are particularly popular. The gelato is also reasonably priced at NT$80 for one ball, or NT$145 for two balls. It's about a 20-minute walk from MRT Tamsui Station, and along the way you'll pass tourist spots such as Tamsui Old Street and Fort San Domingo. Opening hours are from 1:00 PM to 6:30 PM, with no closing days. Shitian Fishing Port Store is a cafe where you can enjoy beautiful views and delicious sweets, making it a must-visit spot when visiting Tamsui.
