Friends who like hiking can consider buying it. I used to think that my physical strength was good. I shouldn't need these accessories to help me walk. But for long-distance walking, you must prepare three or four days of food, water, and warm clothes in your backpack. The weight is on your shoulders, and your waist and back are supported. You have to walk at least six or seven hours a day on the mountain road. It is important to have a pair of trekking poles to help disperse gravity. Trekking poles can also help you explore the road ahead, especially in snowy and swampy terrain. After several hours of climbing, we finally reached the top of the mountain.
