Old Town in Teluk Intan

I didn’t know what to expect from Teluk Intan, honestly. It’s not one of those places that always pops up on travel lists, but maybe that’s exactly what makes it special. The town has this calm, unbothered energy—like it’s just doing its own thing, quietly holding onto its history and charm. The Leaning Tower is what brought me here, and yeah, it’s tilted, but also kind of adorable. It’s surrounded by kopitiams and small shops, and the vibe just feels… real. Not overly touristy.
