Khao Lom Forest Temple

Wat Pa Khao Lom, Chachoengsao Province It is a beautiful temple in the city of Paet Riew in the middle of the forest surrounded by mountains. Inside the temple, there are Buddha statues in various postures carved from golden teak wood that was excavated and buried more than 5 meters underground during the construction of the Si Yat Dam. There is Luang Pho Phan Pi Sri Takian Thong, a reclining Buddha statue that is 3 meters high and 10 meters long. It was found that some of the wood had turned to stone, so it is assumed that the teak wood must be thousands of years old.
