We are also particular about "making soil with mountain leaves," which is suitable for forced cultivation, which is essential for producing delicious strawberries, and has remained unchanged since the old days. Over the past 30 years, it has grown together with Mashiko Town, and now has 30 greenhouses. It has adapted its strawberry-growing methods to suit the times, and in 2014 it began successfully cultivating "skyberries," a variety that is rare even in the prefecture. In recent years, with the hope of making it possible for as many people as possible to enjoy the farm, they have added passageways inside the greenhouses so that people with strollers and wheelchairs can enjoy picking a variety of strawberries.
