Kitano Shrine is the guardian shrine of Arai Village. The shrine was founded by the monk Gyoshun, who also built Baishoin (Arai Yakushi). When you arrive, you will see a black torii gate. It has a very heavy feel! Not only is the torii gate black, but the cows are also black♪ Because Otori Shrine is located within the shrine grounds, rakes are provided at Tori no Ichi. Not only that, but there was also a playful plan where you could throw a ball into a small hole in the Kagura Hall and receive a commemorative gift if the ball went in.
