Tsim Sha Tsui Chiu Chow Restaurant

I recently went to a Teochew restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui and tried some of their signature dishes. The dishes are very varied. First ordered the Xihulongjing tea $38/person. The appetizer said plum bitter melon $88, the bitter melon was crispy, plus the sweet and sour taste of said plum, it was really appetizing. Snack ordered Puning fried tofu $108, the tofu is fried very crispy, soft and very special. Pepper Pork Belly Soup The soup is rich and the pepper is very spicy. Satay Beef Fried Mustard $188, the beef is tender and juicy, the mustard is crispy, and the spicy flavor of the satay sauce is more prominent. The lion's head goose piece $298 has a boney texture, and the goose meat sauce has a unique taste. It goes well with beer. Fried shrimp balls with celery $238. Oyster Goose Liver Fried Rice $228.
