The amazing Oyama Park

#springitinerary It's a large park and I think it's fun when the cherry blossoms bloom. This is a natural park built on the ruins of Onoura Castle. Taking advantage of the topography of the mountain castle, it is suitable for walking, including easy walking paths, Shimoike and Kamiike, and climbing Mt. Takadate (274m). There are restrooms, benches, and guide maps here and there, so you can enjoy the changes. Shimoike is protected by the Ramsar Convention. There are famous cherry blossom viewing spots and even a children's park, all of which are beautifully maintained. There is also play equipment near the parking lot, so you can bring your children along.
