I accidentally saw the introduction of this ramen shop, hidden in an inconspicuous neighborhood alley. I decided to visit and try it tonight. The restaurant only sells 3 flavors of ramen🍜. The queue has started before the door opens, 1750 to wait for the second round 🫣, delicious is worth the wait ~ The restaurant is decorated like an Omakase shop, formerly a chef-run shop, now turned into a ramen shop. The decor is full of Japanese🇯🇵 style, clean and bright ~ We sat at the restaurant bar to eat ramen, there are not many seats, you can watch the chef make the whole process of cooking ramen, and then hand it directly in front of you🫶🏽. When serving, the staff will ask if it is the first time to visit, and then introduce the story of ramen (ingredients, cooking, eating) one by one, so that we can better understand its precious heart ❤️.
