Therefore, during this trip to Xi'an, I specifically arranged a visit to Huaqing Pool to experience the weight of history and the romantic emotions. First Impression: The Magnificence and Tranquility of Huaqing Pool We arrived at Huaqing Pool early in the morning. It took about an hour's drive from downtown Xi'an to reach this royal garden surrounded by mountains. Today, the hot spring pool area is still open to visitors. Under the guidance of a professional tour guide, we entered an antique bathing area. These pools still retain the architectural style of the Tang Dynasty, with clear and transparent water and a tranquil and pleasant environment. Soaking in the warm spring water, I felt all my fatigue being washed away, and my body and mind completely relaxed.
