Xi'an Mosque

❤ Recommended reasons: Xi'an Great Mosque is located in Huajue Lane, Xi'an. Most of the buildings in the mosque were built during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (1368–1398). In the 18th year of Chenghua (1482), the name of the mosque was changed to "Chici Qingxiu Mosque". Since then, it has been repaired and expanded during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and has become the scale it is today. 🌟 Highlights: The first gate is open to the north and south, with a brick-carved flower screen wall on the east wall. In the center of the courtyard stands a wooden archway with flying eaves and overlapping brackets, and reception halls are newly built on both sides. Passing through the second gate of the "Five-room Building", there is a delicate stone archway in the center of the second courtyard, with the words "Tian Jian Zai Zi" engraved in the middle. The third gate is said to be the early "Chixiu Hall", which is the earliest prayer hall in the mosque, and is connected with the two side doors. On both sides of the third courtyard are the north lecture hall, the south reception hall, and the bathroom. In the center of the courtyard stands a three-story octagonal wooden "Xingxin Building", with a stele building on each side. The fourth courtyard gate is commonly known as "Liansan Gate", which is full of brick carvings and is a rare treasure.
