I was genuinely touched by the service here! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I experienced what "ladies and gentlemen" service truly means. The receptionist was both kind and professional, quickly checking me in and thoughtfully reminding me of the exclusive benefits of the Executive Floor. The Executive Floor experience was simply superb! The room was spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a direct view of the Xi'an cityscape. The sunset view in the evening was particularly breathtaking. The welcome fruit and personalized room key card were perfect details! What moved me the most was that every staff member remembered my last name. Every time they saw me, they would greet me proactively: "Good morning, Ms. Chen!", "Ms. Chen, do you need any assistance?" This feeling of being respected truly made me feel at home. The afternoon tea in the Executive Lounge was also exceptional! Freshly baked scones, delicate desserts, and specially crafted cocktails. Sitting by the window, enjoying the food while taking in the city view of Xi'an, I suddenly felt that business trips could be enjoyable. I especially want to mention the turndown service! Returning to my room in the evening, I found the bed neatly made, with a bottle of water and sleep-inducing aromatherapy placed by the bedside.
