[Kagoshima] A beautiful shrine on Kuchinoerabu Island

Do you know Kuchinoerabujima in Kagoshima Prefecture? It's an island about an hour and a half west of Yakushima by ferry, and the scenery was simply beautiful. One of my favorite spots is Kinpu Shrine. The shrine is about a 15-minute walk from the village, and is located at the top of a steep slope. It offers a panoramic view of Motomura Port, in particular, from the island. The combination of the shrine and the port scenery is so Japanese! I was mesmerized by the view.
