Japan accommodation, Zao Onsen Ryokan is cost-effective

The second stop was Zao Onsen♨️ in Yamagata Prefecture, where we stayed in two hotels. This one is the most recommended because it has a free open-air bath. 📍Location: Located 15 minutes away from the bus station, on the top of the mountain, you can make an appointment for the hotel car to take you to Yamagata Station, but we completely forgot about it and did not make an appointment. We pushed the luggage up the mountain by ourselves until we were exhausted 😩! 🤵🏻Service: I wanted to store my luggage when I checked out, but the staff insisted that they had to pick up a group that day and didn’t want to 😒 because they were afraid there would be no space. I annoyed for a few minutes and then gave up. Although their attitude was good, ☹️, I felt that they couldn’t even do small things. 🏠Room: One night double room with breakfast HKD898.41 + JPY300 (hot spring tax) Advantages: The room is big enough, with tatami floor☺️, mattress already laid, separate bathroom🚽, no need to share, and the decoration is traditional Japanese style design. The hotel has an elevator🛗, so you don't need to carry your luggage upstairs by yourself. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable, with a small souvenir shop where you can rest and stroll around after soaking in the hot springs. Disadvantages: There is only one elevator 🛗, you need to wait for a long time, no more. ♨️Hot ​​spring: 😍The women's bath is big enough, with an indoor and outdoor bath. The outdoor bath is smaller and can only accommodate four people. Fortunately, it was only me and my family at the time, so we could book the whole place🥰. The spring water is milky white and filled with a strong smell of sulfur. It is also called the "beauty hot spring"🤩. I really feel that my skin has improved after taking a bath.
