The Jinsha River, which flows from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, and the Min River, which flows from the Chengdu Plain, meet at Hejiangmen in Yibin's old town. The mighty Yangtze River begins its journey eastward here, making Yibin the first city on the Yangtze River. The river is like a ribbon, and time flies.
