Lizhuang Ancient Town | The Jiangnan Water Town of Sichuan!

Turn left at the Lizhuang Ancient Town Archway to reach the Moon Field Scenic Area, and turn right to reach the old Lizhuang Ancient Town. ⭐During the day, you can take a walk in the old ancient town, stroll through the streets and alleys, and admire the ancient houses, well-arranged courtyards, and mottled walls. Every brick and tile exudes a strong cultural atmosphere. Among the black tiles and white walls, you can occasionally see a few towering ancient trees, which have witnessed the passage of time. ⭐At night, you can go to the Moon Field Scenic Area to experience the atmosphere of the Jiangnan Water Town. The small buildings with white walls and black tiles are more spiritual in the night, and the warm yellow lights on the window lattices are reflected on the water, creating a dreamy scene. You can also take a boat ride and enjoy the gentle night view on the water, which is very pleasant. ⭐The boat ride is CNY 60 per person for a one-way trip. Each boat can accommodate 8 people, and the boat ride takes about 13–18 minutes. ⭐There are paid sightseeing buses in the ancient town. The hotel we stayed at offered free unlimited rides, but I personally think it's not necessary. ⭐There are many white cakes and white meat in the ancient town, and the taste is similar. You can choose according to your personal preference. ⭐There is a vegetable market near Lizhuang Ancient Town, which is very large and lively. If you want to experience the local customs, you can also go for a walk.
