I looked through the menu carefully and found my favorite broth! As a big fan of lye bread, how could I miss this? The alkaline brulee here is very chewy and has a solid but not heavy texture. It goes well with either fried crispy chicken legs or sausages with a hint of smoky flavor! Coupled with the perfectly smooth scrambled eggs, the overall performance exceeded my expectations.
