I heard that there is Mingtang Mountain, which is suitable for the elderly and children, 2 hours away from Wuhan. Mumu’s grandfather has participated in the mountain climbing competition here for several years in a row. This time, the whole family came together to climb the mountain. Mumu is four and a half years old. Walking on this hidden autumn route is beautiful and fun. Qingsongling Short Loop (3 hours) [Gate→Scenic shuttle bus→Qingsongling No. 2 cableway→Qingsongling loop plank road→Main peak viewing platform→Qingsongling No. 2 cableway→Glass drifting→Scenic shuttle bus→Gate] This route does not require any stairs, so it is suitable for families with elderly people and babies. It is a relaxing pure loop hike. The mountain trail is particularly comfortable to walk on. The view along the way is wide, and you can see the red leaves of the strange pines, as if you are in an autumn wonderland! There is also the main peak viewing platform. P1-2, P7, and P13 were all photographed here. This viewing platform is sparsely populated, but it is a great location to appreciate the main peak and is very photogenic! Qingsongling Short Loop + Main Peak Scenic Area (5 hours) [Qingsongling short loop → Upward main peak plank road → Main peak high altitude tourist area → Downward main peak plank road → Qingsongling No. 2 cableway → Glass rafting → Scenic shuttle bus → Gate] If you have good physical fitness, after visiting Qingsongling, you can hike to the main peak scenic area. It takes about an hour to climb. Mumu and my grandparents love to exercise every day and are in good physical condition. The main peak tourist area has the Lover's Pine, the Glass Plank Road, the Cliff Café, the Glass Bridge, the Cliff Swing, the Internet-famous Suspension Bridge, the Echo Platform, and many other check-in spots. It is very shocking standing in the majestic mountains! Travel: It takes 2.5 hours to drive from Wuhan. There are not many mountain roads and the roads are not roundabout, so the probability of motion sickness is low. Accommodation: There are many homestays outside the scenic area. We stayed in a hotel inside the scenic area, which XC booked for 230 yuan per night. Food: There are more than a dozen farmhouses outside the gate.
