🏨Name: Hidden Village · Flower Grandma Guesthouse When I'm overwhelmed by work and life, I just want to find a place to hide away, to give myself back to myself, and life back to life. This time, I came to Hidden Village · Flower Grandma Guesthouse in Ziyang, Ankang, and plunged into the embrace of these mountains⛰️. 🌄Setting off from downtown Ankang, we wound our way up along the winding mountain roads, surrounded by lush greenery. Outside the car window, the breeze carried the fresh scent of grass and trees, eagerly rushing into the car, blowing away all my fatigue. When those few courtyards hidden among the mountains and forests came into view, I knew I had found my spiritual home. 🏠The guesthouse has 6 independent courtyards, each like a work of art carefully carved by nature. With black slate tiles for roofs and grayish-yellow clay for walls, they blend harmoniously with the mountain terrain, arranged in a pleasing pattern. The courtyards are filled with various flowers - Ziyang hydrangeas, cherry blossoms🌸, irises... as seasons change, there are always blooms, like stepping into a colorful fairy tale world. 🛏️In the rooms, the simple modern decor paired with large floor-to-ceiling windows allows sunlight to pour in unreservedly, creating a warm atmosphere. The huge windows frame the mountain scenery into a flowing "Ziyang Mountain Landscape"🖼️ - you can take in all this beauty just lying in bed. The navy blue fabric sofa and rattan wooden chairs create a strong Japanese home feeling that instantly relaxes you. Smart surround sound speakers, projection🎦 screens, and cotton-linen bedding - every detail reveals thoughtfulness and comfort. 🍱What I found most memorable was the guesthouse's food. For all three meals, ingredients are sourced locally and seasonally, so fresh they seem to still carry the fragrance of soil. The housekeeper ladies, all local natives, are excellent cooks, and their food tastes just like mom's home cooking, warming your heart with every bite. In winter, there's the special fire pot🍲 combined with Ziyang's signature steamer pot, a delicious feast that you can't stop eating. 🌅Here, time seems to slow down. In the morning, you wake up to birdsong, open the window, and see a sea of clouds☁️ rolling right before your eyes, with distant mountains appearing and disappearing like a fairyland. In the afternoon, sit in the courtyard, brew a cup of Ziyang selenium-rich tea, and watch the sunlight cast dappled shadows through the leaves - a moment of peaceful contentment. In the evening, barbecue in the courtyard with friends, chat about everything under the sun, and watch the sunset🌇 gradually descend, painting half the sky red. 💁‍♀️The housekeeping service at the guesthouse is especially thoughtful. Each courtyard has its own housekeeper who not only helps prepare meals and clean but also enthusiastically introduces us to interesting places nearby. Here, there's no urban noise or hustle and bustle, only the purest life and the most sincere warmth.
