The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.

Hotel with excellent location and good service.The room is clean and organized.The hotel offers a great standard for a business trip or fast accommodation. Morning coffee could offer a little more variety, but still, what has available is fresh and good quality products.

Spent a pleasant 4 night stay in the hotel. The biggest plus is the location of the hotel in city centre and the fact that you are within walking distance to many places of interest. The breakfast offering was pretty standard and tasty. The downside is that the restaurant is closed for dinner, though room service is available and the gym equipment need to be updated. Otherwise adequate for a short stay.

Pode parecer luxo, mas depois de viajar 35 horas para chegar ao seu destino, tudo que você mais quer é não precisar sair do quarto quando chega em um hotel para descansar. Segundo ponto, precisei mudar de quarto devido a um erro de comunicação entre hotel e Copastur (empresa de turismo responsável por pagar minhas diárias). Ao fazer a mudança, esqueci uma garrafa de vinho fechada no frigobar. Ao me lembrar dela e ligar para recepção, me foi avisado que iriam contactar a empresa de limpeza dos quartos pois era uma empresa terceirizada e que o hotel não se responsabiliza por itens deixados no quarto. Estou até hoje esperando eles me contactarem para saber o que aconteceu com o vinho, simplesmente uma garrafa de R$100 SUMIU, e ninguém viu. Terceiro, precisei pedir ao hotel a nota fiscal referente as minhas diárias para prestação de contas, e surpreendentemente me disseram que não fornecem a nota fiscal ao hospede pois quem pagou a estadia foi uma empresa terceira (no caso a copastur). Ao questionar eles como obter um documento para comprovar a estadia, me disseram que preciso pedir a Copastur, pois eles não podem fornecer nenhum documento. Isso é um absurdo, quem depende de prestação de contas corporativa sabe o que estou falando. Fiquem atentos! Não recomendo a estadia.

After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

We stayed overnight at the Plaza for a visit to Oktoberfest in Blumenau. We had a warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good. We would happily go back.

Fui no fim de semana do dia dos pais comemorar meu aniversário e para um show na casa Opus. Tivemos um upgrade de suite, a recepção de uma educação exemolar, alias todos! Da recepção, aos rapazes que buscavam o carro, no restaurante. Viajei muito esse ano e o Faial sem duvida entrou no meu TOP 3. Café da manhã com muitas opções, muitas mesmo! A unica observação é para o produto de limpeza que passaram no quarto, achamos muito forte e nao era um perfume agradavel. Mas nada que atrapalhasse a estadia. Voltaria mais vezes.p

Conveniently located next to a very good shopping center and some restaurants around hotel, we went there almost every day even to post a letter haha We had a free room upgrade with great views, but it can get a bit noisy to sleep late at night if your room is located just opposite in front of that bar that plays loud music…if you are a sensitive person (my husband’s case)…it should not bother big city people like me :) staff was friendly professional and breakfast was good, specially the cakes ! WiFi in our room could be better…

Péssimo hotel. A acomodação me ofertada, em nada tinha com as fotos publicadas. Quarto sem ventilação, fedendo a mofo, super apertado para 2 pessoas, banheiro tenebroso. Para completar a péssima experiência, decidi não ficar no local e já havia pago. Não me devolveram o valor, dizendo que tudo seria resolvido no dia seguinte. Fui para outro hotel. No dia seguinte tentei entrar em contato com uma mulher com nome de Shara, supervisora e ela só me mandou resposta as 19h, horário que já não tinha nada da parte administrativa funcionando, fez propositadamente, para que eu não conseguisse falar com alguém acima dela. Disse que não haveria reembolso, por conta de que a acomodação havia sido bloqueada para minha estrada. Desconfiado fui ao local pedir a minha acomodação e a mesma estava sendo ocupada por outro hóspede. Essa Shara, ligou 2x a minha acomodação e se recusou a me reembolsar. Irei entrar na justiça. Não recomendo a acomodação.

O hotel é simples, mas bem localizado e minha avaliação é especialmente para a equipe. Salete fez da minha estadia uma experiência 5 estrelas, muito prestativa, simpática e agilizada, fez todas as questões negativas ficarem em segundo plano. Destaco a equipe em geral também, as meninas da limpeza, o pessoal do restaurante e recepção em geral, um time muito bom que brilharia muito mais se o hotel tivesse mais estrutura, o mínimo é ter água disponível no quarto, um wifi melhor e tive um problema com infestação de formigas, onde o staff fez de tudo para tentar resolver.

Fora a localização que é super perto dos lugares que amo ir ( shopping, loja do big, cafeteria, supermercado, praia) etc. Custo benefício também. Se vc está com pouca grana mas não quer deixar de ter conforto, super indico.😉💕

This is the fourth time I've stayed there, the first time through the app. I've always had good experiences there, so when I go to Balneário Camboriú I prioritize the Sibara Hotel. However, during this stay, everything went wrong, starting with the room. We booked a double room and they put us in a room with single beds 👍🏿 They said they would put the beds together to make it a double room, but we didn't accept because there would be a divider in the middle! After this embarrassing situation, they relocated us to another room! I had a request for a body pillow for our room, but it wasn't granted. In this new room, there was no hot water, the toilet wouldn't flush, it was just a hassle! These situations made me think, and now, when I need to go to Balneário again, I'll check out other hotels.

We were very welcome, we arrived earlier than check in and offered us to pay half a day and already come in and even enjoy breakfast that is very tasty and varied by sign.

I didn't like to pay again when I arrived at the hotel, even when I presented the voucher and the debit document on the card, they said the trip had not passed the value for them. I booked a room with a couple bed and a single bed for a stay at the weekend and they put me in a room with three single beds, positioned close to each other with one space in the middle to simulate a couple bed. I asked for the exchange of the room for which I paid and they told me there were no more rooms with double bed, that those who had had had already been occupied by people who stayed greater than my and even I explained that the description of the room for which I was staying I paid, it was different from what they were making available to me, they said it was what I had, I asked to talk to the manager and I sent an email explaining what happened. They called me by phone and told me that the room for which I was asking would be available only in another hotel, of the same network and that they could put me there, provided that I paid the difference of 700 reals per day!!!!!! Finally, after they thought I should pay 700 more and go to another hotel, they found a room compatible with my reservation at the same hotel where I was and exchanged our room. To do so, we canceled the request from the restaurant where we were and went back to the horeal. The receptionist was arrogant and devoured, laughing when I said I was not asking for any favor, but asking for a room with the same description of the room I booked in advance and that was also paid in advance. They never had the attitude to apologize for what happened and I felt disrespected as a consumer. It was a situation that generated me unnecessary stress and that has overtaken my short trip and I still have to deal with it. The location of the hotel is excellent and the other staff very well-performing and educated.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is bored. But the facilities are bad. You have no waste in the room, only in the bathroom. To use TV you have to turn off the fridge. You have no chair in the bathroom. Our hygiene products were on the floor of the bathroom and in the pier wasn't going to put anything. The bathroom box was not clean. All is 220 so the hotel provides 1 super heavy transformer that should be returned soon after use.

Excelente! Ficamos por 2 dias no hotel. O hotel é bem localizado, de fácil acesso por Uber. São ótimas as instalações, o café da manhã é muito farto. No quarto, a cama é excelente, ar condicionado bom, tudo muito limpo e serviço de quarto excelente. Recomendo muito.

At first glance, this hotel appears great. It’s newer, the lobby is large and impressive (for a Garden Inn), there’s a restaurant on site. Our room was well appointed but on the smaller side. Customer service needs improvement: our safe did not work and it did not get fixed despite our request; I asked reception for help with a taxi and was told to get an Uber; I asked for a receipt when I checked out and was told they could not print one and one would be emailed. That did not happen. No points were posted to my account.

Accessing the hotel from the airport is a little inconvenient, as the best way there by road includes a ferry. The location felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. The lighting, however, left the room a bit dark. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. If I visit Navegantes again, I would definitely stay here.

Another great stay at the Ibis, clean, comfortable rooms, super breakfast buffet, friendly staff everywhere, especially Marcel & Bruno(the ugly one of the two.. Now he knows which one!) to the director, compliments with your team and property, they do you proud. Oh, almost forgot, great location and guys from parking garage so helpful, just give the keys and they do the rest.

O hotel e bem localizado , próximo ao calçadão e próximo aos principais pontos de comodidades. Caso não escolha comer no hotel, tem um Mc Donald’s bem em frente. O café da manhã , dentro do esperado a R$ 35 por pessoa, apenas sugiro mudar o cardápio alguns dias, pois quem passa 5 dias como passamos, ficou repetitivo, mas pelo valor está muito bom, destaque para os croissants. Limpeza do quarto foi realizada todos os dias e nos satisfez. Ótimo custo benefício , indico.

The hotel is just at the price, and it offers. Bed and bath are excellent, a refurbished place and everything appears to be new (mobiel, bed game, bathroom). Breakfast with few options but everything very pleasant and tasty.

New hotel with modern style and just what you need. Basic not luxurious but nice. Looks at port with pool top restaurant and nice coffee stand in lobby and good bar. Central location. In 2022 just a few years old. Good mini bar choice. Even room look at water.
