"The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich."

"This truly lives up to its reputation as Yinchuan's best five-star hotel. First, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly large—it felt even bigger than the bedroom! The shower pressure was fantastic, and the toiletries were a British brand with a lovely, natural scent. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. They even provided a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules. The complimentary shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch, and the in-room internet was fast and reliable. Secondly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The Western pastry selection, especially the flaky croissants, was authentic and delicious. The live cooking stations for Eggs Benedict and egg white rolls are features you typically only find in top-tier five-star hotels. They also had freshly squeezed watermelon juice and rich, high-quality coffee. What really impressed me were the local Ningxia specialties in the Chinese section, such as Jinsi Sanzi, Tangmaya, Tangmaye, fried pastries, and mung bean cakes. The chef even enthusiastically introduced these local delicacies to me. And of course, there were other Ningxia specialties like lamb soup, lamb pies, beef buns, and goji berry yogurt—I was extremely satisfied. Finally, all the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the housekeeping attendant on the day I checked in. This lady deserves special commendation for her thoughtful and warm service. The front desk even accommodated my request to keep a room key card, specially giving me a pristine commemorative card. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ningxia Museum. The JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me. Yinchuan truly is a beautiful and friendly city."

"The Mars Cabin was incredibly comfortable and clean, with a full range of children's amenities, making it perfect for families. The hotel's personalized service was excellent. My child was just over 1.2 meters tall, but the hotel didn't charge extra. There were plenty of activities, so we never got bored. A special thanks to our butler, Xiao Zhao, who basically responded to our WeChat messages instantly. Whenever we needed a shuttle, he'd arrange it within 5 minutes. When I was leaving the hotel, my car accidentally got stuck in a sand pit. Under the scorching midday sun, Butler Xiao Zhao spent over an hour tirelessly helping me – putting down planks, shoveling sand, pushing the car, and finally coordinating the hotel's tow truck, even though my rental car didn't even have a tow hook (a note to Shenzhou Car Rental: provide cars with tow hooks!). He finally got my car out."

"I came to Yinchuan for a business trip alone, but I didn’t expect the hotel to be so cost-effective. The price is about 200 yuan, the room is about 30 square meters, there is a separate desk, separate bathroom, smart toilet. The location of the hotel is also good, but there is no entertainment nearby at night. After 11 o'clock, all the stores in this neighborhood are basically closed. You can take a taxi to other places. The price is still very high, the experience is great"

"This hotel has some standout positives: 1. It's a relatively new hotel, so the facilities are top-notch and the decor is really tasteful. 2. The breakfast included in the package and the complimentary drinks were both great. The ginger-flavored soda was a particular highlight for me. 3. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. When I couldn't find the car park upon arrival, the lady at the front desk gave me such detailed and patient directions, she was like a human GPS! However, there are a couple of downsides: 1. There's still a slight 'new renovation' smell in the room. It would be great if they provided an air purifier. 2. The laundry room management is a bit chaotic. My clothes were taken out of the dryer before they were even finished! I'd suggest putting up more prominent notices, installing a camera, and providing some clean laundry bags in the laundry room."

"This hotel is really great, especially considering it's in the desert. The cleanliness, functionality, and spaciousness were all excellent. The food, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as the BBQ, was surprisingly good. I'd read some negative reviews online before going, but once we got there, I found that everyone, from the butler to the hotel pool staff, the restaurant staff, and even the cleaning aunties, provided wonderful, warm, and friendly service. There's also a great variety of activities nearby, so it was easy to keep the kids entertained every day with sand and water play. The stargazing and other hotel programs were fantastic and really added a romantic touch. Everyone in our group was very satisfied, and we'd definitely be willing to go back!"

"The hotel is close to Shan Park, and the surrounding dining and transportation options are very convenient. Although the hotel was renovated in 2019, it still feels incredibly new. The fitness facilities and pool are well-equipped. The front desk staff, both the gentlemen and ladies, were incredibly enthusiastic in recommending local specialty foods and attractions. A special thanks for the late check-out! The floor attendant on the tenth floor was also very professional and friendly. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Yinchuan."
