"This hotel is an absolute joy for road trippers! The free parking is spacious and easy to use, once I parked my car, I didn't need to move it again. The service was exceptional; the front desk lady even proactively helped me with my luggage and thoughtfully arranged a room with a mountain view. Waking up to the sight of Mount Tai in the morning was incredibly uplifting. The free luggage storage was super practical too – after checking out, I stored my bags and went hiking in Taohuayu light and unburdened. I picked them up when I returned, which was perfectly convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, even the corners were dust-free. The bedding was so comfortable I instantly lost track of time. The entire room is smart-enabled, so everything can be controlled by voice. It's so close to the high-speed rail station that you're practically there when you get off, and its proximity to Taohuayu made getting to the mountain incredibly easy. This trip to Mount Tai was a perfect experience!"

"Passing through on our way back to Beijing, we decided to exit the highway for Dezhou Braised Chicken! I was torn between two hotels but ultimately chose Atour—and it was definitely the right call! It's so new and conveniently located close to the highway exit. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, helping me find the best price when I checked in. We booked a family king room, and the three of us slept very comfortably. The breakfast was fantastic, and the lotus root patties were especially delicious! Even though it was just a one-night stop in Dezhou, we rested incredibly well. Eating at Yingxiang Dezhou and staying at Atour was absolutely the perfect combination!"

"The hotel is about a block and a half's walk from Shihu Garden. From Shihu Garden, we took a taxi to the Kite Museum. After leaving the museum, we walked along the river and arrived at Taihua City. The hotel provided welcome fruit (the bananas, apples, and peaches were sweet!). The front desk service was excellent, and there's no need to worry about the hotel's cleanliness (it is a Hilton, after all). The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great."

"Overall, the hotel is pretty average, and the decor is quite dated. If you look closely, many areas are showing their age. Only the hotel exterior and lobby look decent. Let me focus on the issues. On the first day, we arrived at the hotel around 6 PM. When we drove onto the platform, I asked if I could park there while checking in, but they wouldn't let me, even though other cars were clearly parked there. After parking in the basement and going up to the front desk, three people were standing there with their heads down. I wasn't sure if they were busy or what they were doing, so I didn't want to disturb them. I stood about 3 to 5 meters away for over half a minute. Seeing that no one was paying attention to me, I asked, ”Can I check in?” Immediately, a man told me to come to him. I saw him quickly put his phone aside; it turned out all three of them were playing on their phones. After check-in, no one told me where to find the elevator. I blindly walked in the opposite direction of the parking lot elevator and, by chance, got it right. The hotel has two side wings, and even if I had guessed wrong, there would have been an elevator, but it would have been a long detour. As for the hotel management, I guess they haven't had much training. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, no one ever nodded at me, said hello, or acknowledged me in any way. It was always cold, indifferent brushes past each other. The room didn't have any general-purpose tissues, only one in the bathroom by the sink. I don't know if this is standard for all rooms or if they just forgot to put one in. The soundproofing in the room was poor. In the morning, I could clearly hear doors closing in other rooms, people talking in the hallway, and children shouting next door. In the afternoon, I hung the 'please clean' sign on the door when I went out, but by 4:30 PM, the room still hadn't been cleaned. The alarm clock by the bed was placed there, but it wasn't set correctly; it was an hour off, as shown in the picture. Instant coffee is acceptable, but only sugar packets were provided, with no creamer or non-dairy creamer. Last night, I went to the bar on the first floor. When I entered, there was a live singer performing. I couldn't see any staff at the bar, and there were no other guests. I walked to the bar to look at the menu, and suddenly a young man popped up from behind the computer. Right after we ordered our drinks, the singer left. We sat there for half an hour in complete silence; there wasn't even any soft background music. We were the only ones there the whole time."

"Our room was comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. One thing to be aware of when booking: our room had a private bathroom located outside the room. We unfortunately didn’t notice this detail in the fine print when booking, so I would recommend checking this carefully before choosing the room. A few suggestions that would make the room more comfortable: * Add a mirror inside the room. * Add some hooks for hanging clothes and belongings. * Add a small cupboard or shelving area for clothes, as there is currently a desk but limited storage space. Overall, I feel the room could be better equipped, especially for a longer stay. On the positive side, our bathroom was cleaned every day, and fresh amenities were thoughtfully left outside our door each day. The gentleman who came to collect us was also extremely helpful and made our arrival much easier. With a few small improvements, I think this could be an even more comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Qingdao"

The lobby is simply and elegantly decorated, with a light and pleasant fragrance, no pungent odors, and a spacious, comfortable feel. The waiting area is clean and tidy. Check-in at the front desk was quick; the staff patiently verified my information, explained breakfast times, room facilities, and nearby sightseeing routes in detail, and even thoughtfully provided complimentary drinking water. The service was impeccable, without any perfunctory attitude. The guest room was the biggest surprise of the trip. The cleanliness was impeccable. The floors, tabletops, and windowsills were dust-free. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, and the mirror, shower area, and toilet were all spotless, without water stains or odors. The bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right firmness, making it incredibly relaxing to lie on. The room was excellently soundproofed; noise from the hallway and street was barely audible, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Hot water was plentiful and consistent, and the toiletries were of high quality. The hotel was well-equipped with smart lighting, a projector TV, and charging outlets – thoughtful details indeed. The housekeeping staff provided meticulous cleaning daily, promptly replenished bottled water and tissues, and were available on demand for any additional needs. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a well-stocked buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options, including Chinese pastries, Western baked goods, fresh fruits and vegetables, and hot soups and porridge, all with fresh flavors. Free laundry facilities are available in public areas."

"Overall, it was a good experience. The only downside was that the view of Mount Tai was obstructed by buildings. The front desk kindly upgraded our room for free, which partially improved the view of Mount Tai. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality, fresh ingredients, including some local specialties from Mount Tai. I particularly enjoyed the jianbing guo da cong (pancake with green onions). I didn't dare to try the cold cicada pupae, though! When checking out, the front desk even gave us a refined Mount Tai souvenir."
