Our family had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai Hyland. You truly cannot beat the location! Right outside the door is Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, making it incredibly easy to step out for shopping and dining with the family. For quick snacks and essentials, there is a very convenient convenience store right on the other side of the property. Plus, the Metro station is only about two blocks away—a very easy, flat, and walkable distance, even if you are managing bags or traveling with kids. The room itself was spotless and well-maintained. After a long day of walking around Shanghai, we always appreciated coming back to a room where the air conditioning was nice and cool. The bathroom was fully stocked with a complete set of amenities, so we didn't have to worry about missing any essentials. The daily breakfast buffet offered a great variety to start the morning. There was a fantastic selection of fresh breads, several coffee machines to keep the parents caffeinated, and an impressive mix of local Chinese cuisine and American classics. Tucked away at the end, you'll find the popular egg station, right next to the meatloaves and hot dim sum plus noodles. There was even a dedicated Korean station, which was a unique touch. The breakfast food is delicious, but the menu doesn't vary much from day to day. If you are staying for a week or longer like we did, it can feel a bit repetitive. We wished they would rotate the choices a bit more. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Between the unbeatable location, clean rooms, and extensive breakfast options, it’s a highly recommended, stress-free base for families visiting Shanghai!

The front desk service was excellent! They offered a free airport pickup, and the price was very affordable – a great room for just a hundred yuan, definitely recommended. They also have a shuttle to Disneyland. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and breakfast was included.

A great hotel for people waiting for their late night flight or having a lengthy layover in Shanghai. The rooms are spacious just know that there are two different winds south and north and they are quite different. South being more modern. You can access it by walking with the airport trolley loaded with your luggages. It is connected to both the airport terminals and you can also keep your trolley and use it on the way back hours later. There are around 5-10 restaurants right outside the hotel in the area that connects the hotel and airport. Easy check in - much faster than in any other hotels in Shanghai. The checkout is as fast an anywhere else - just give them your access card and you're all sorted. One common complaint I saw was about the Air conditioner that it doesn't work well - in my experience the AC isn't that powerful but if you set it to the minimum temperature of 18C it can get your room to a comfortable sleeping temperature.

The reception team was very friendly and professional, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom was not at the expected level, and there was a lot of noise coming from the neighboring rooms. The room was also very small. In addition, there was disturbing construction and maintenance noise coming from the nearby building. When I booked the hotel, its rating seemed excellent, but after staying there, I found it to be average rather than excellent.

The overall experience was absolutely perfect and nothing was too much trouble! First of all, the room is super clean, the whole room is spotless, the layout is clean and neat, the environmental hygiene is far superior to the same price hotel, and the stay is very comfortable. The front desk service staff is of high quality, warm and polite, can patiently explain and answer any questions, efficient, meticulous and intimate service. The location is particularly convenient, all kinds of food downstairs are covered, eating is super convenient, going out by taxi is easy and convenient, travel and play is very convenient. The rooms are well equipped with all the facilities needed for daily living, and the facilities are in good condition and brand-new. The breakfast menu is very rich, the variety is rich, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is authentic, and you can eat your favorite food every day.

I chose the Vienna International Hotel nearby when I went to pick up my child from Pudong Airport. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was very convenient. I just called the driver, told him the exact pick-up and drop-off times and locations, and he even helped me with my luggage onto the bus. Upon entering the hotel, I felt right at home. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. There were also two kinds of hot tea and a coffee machine available nearby. I needed to print some documents, and it was great that the lobby had a computer and printer for guests to use. Both the hallways and the room were clean and tidy, with a very European decor. On the first floor, there's a washing machine and dryer, which was fantastic for getting laundry done quickly. I also tried a few Shanghainese dishes at a restaurant in the alley next to the hotel, and they were quite delicious. The hotel breakfast was very rich and plentiful. Overall, choosing this hotel was an excellent decision and a great experience.

The hotel itself is truly excellent – clean and comfortable. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and foot massage places nearby. The breakfast is extensive and delicious, and it starts at 5:30 am, which is quite rare for hotels to have breakfast ready so early! 👍👍👍

Arrived at 2 AM, and the location was super easy to find! The front desk offers 24-hour check-in. Even with jet lag, I fell asleep instantly because the bedding was incredibly comfortable! The room was also very quiet and clean! A lifesaver for late-night flights!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service is excellent. It's very convenient for Pudong Airport. The hygiene is also good, and it offers great value for money. The free airport shuttle is a huge plus. Very satisfied! 👍

Great location, and the facilities are decent. It's super convenient to get to the North Bund, and Raffles City is right across the street for easy dining options. For taxis, you'll need to go to the intersection nearby for pick-up/drop-off as you can't park directly at the main entrance. This was my first time in all my years using Trip.com that I had to show the order number to the front desk when checking in. Usually, all hotels just need your ID or the name on the reservation. It was quite a novel experience. Even overseas, when there's a language barrier, showing the confirmation letter is usually fine, but not here – you absolutely need the order number…
