"I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting the Grand Canyon. Before checking into hotels later in Page and Kingman, I was a bit critical of this lodge. However, after experiencing the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Page at Lake Powell and the Hampton Inn & Suites Kingman, I truly appreciated how good this lodge was. If you're interested, you can check out my reviews for those two hotels. While Red Feather Lodge isn't huge, its facilities and amenities are very comprehensive. I recommend booking a room in the main hotel building, as the motel section seems to lack elevators. Ice machines, water dispensers, a laundry room, and coffee by the entrance are all readily available. Cynthia at the front desk was exceptionally good – her service was warm and she answered every question. My only complaints are the noise from the air conditioning and the housekeeping. They didn't greet us, which felt quite impolite in the US where people usually say 'hi,' especially to guests. What's more, they took clothing I had thrown in the trash, pulled it out of the bin, and placed it on my desk! What kind of operation is that? When I returned to the hotel and saw yesterday's discarded clothes on my desk, I was confused and felt offended!"

"The room was clean and spacious. Its location is convenient, very close to Horseshoe Bend. However, the soundproofing is really poor. On the night I stayed, I'm not sure where, but a party was going on, and I could clearly hear people singing and loud noises. It went on until past 1 AM, which severely affected my rest. There's a free breakfast, but the variety isn't much: bread, waffles, eggs (but they were cold 😅), standard milk and coffee, yogurt, etc. I recommend toasting the waffles before eating them; they taste much better that way. The main issue is the bad soundproofing; everything else was pretty good."

"The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with a fantastic ambiance. I was particularly impressed by the kitchen, which was fully equipped with cooking utensils, tableware, and even dishcloths and dish soap – perfect for an extended stay. In the evenings, a walk around the golf course was cool, quiet, and offered beautiful scenery. The complimentary laundry room and pool were a big hit. Laundry detergent was even provided in the laundry basket. The pool area included both a regular temperature pool and a heated spa pool. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable when opened, featuring a thick mattress and complete bedding. Our whole family was very satisfied; it was a great stay."

"The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Bell Rock trails and close to a grocery market, cafés, and restaurants. The view from the balcony is lovely, depending on the room location. The staff are very kind, and I am satisfied with their service. However, the chair seats sink in too much, causing significant discomfort, and the mattress also lacks adequate support. Upgrading both would significantly improve comfort. In addition, there were no USB ports or other mobile charging outlets, which would have been valuable additions."

"Second time coming here. It was during winter this time. It was much noisier and hard to rest. The aircon was way too noisy all night, but we needed it. Quite a bit of inconvenience as we needed a good night of rest before continuing a long day of driving. Moreover, we could hear the guests from next door. They spoke very loudly at 5 AM. Breakfast was ok, not much variety but not too bad either. All in all, at this price point we would stay again for a night or two."

"I visited this place for a month-long business trip. The staff's response and location were satisfactory. There were nearby marts and restaurants within a short drive, so there was no inconvenience. However, breakfast was free, but it was not used very often. It was a satisfactory trip except for breakfast."

"Super beautiful hotel! Definitely felt clean and sanitizer. My only hang up was 2 of the desk employees seemed to be annoyed. Other then that, I loved it. Right off the 10, super easy to get to."

"Great location, the resort is close to many trails and shops. However, Hyatt globalist gets no special treatment here. We stayed in a studio room that has a sofa bed, and also has a kitchenette which was great longer stays. We took a 90min tour of the property when they tried to sell us the time share which ended up being over 2 hours even though we didn’t buy it."

"Very nice stay here! I planned for Grand Canyon the next day but the storm warning was on. I asked the staff for advise and they helped a lot. Lester told us to leave around 10am as the condition of snowing should be better, and it was right. We succeed to visit Grand Canyon and have a nice trip. Overall equipment is good, nice neighborhood, nice breakfast. If you want to visit Williams, that’s the choice."

"I am pretty flexible with hotels I stay in because I actually enjoy different experiences. I would struggle to find something good about this booking. The gentleman at the front desk did his best to make all the issues right and did apologize for not checking the booking before he told me that I couldn't check in. He put me into the first hotel room but after I walked past the first guy outside my room who was inebriated at 6:30am I went into the room and none of the lights worked. I then went back to the front desk and was assigned a new room. Still attempting to keep an open mind while walking past the dirty grounds I had to ask a gentleman to move out of the stairwell while he was snorting a white substance. I got to the next room and turned on the light switch, and the lights were flickering. I went through a mental checklist to see if I felt safe to stay there and came up with a resounding no. I was truly worried about my car in the parking lot. There was a large amount of people hanging around outside of the hotel even with it being an early morning. The room had torn furniture, stains on the carpet, walls that are banged up, and the bathtub was just rough. I did not feel comfortable leaving anything in the hotel when I went to work and then p proceeded to cancel the rest of my reservation."
